EMC Director
Hello, my name is Pam Kneer and I am the Evansville Masters Commission director here at Oak Hill Christian Center. I came to know the Lord on April 19, 1989 in a Damascus Road experience. Four weeks later, God called me to do His work in ministry. I served as a youth leader in my local church for eight years and I had no plans of ever entering into full-time ministry.
However, God had other plans! In 1997, God called my husband and I to become full-time youth pastors here at OHCC. I served in this position for ten years where raising and discipling leaders became my passion. In 2001 I founded and began directing Evansville Masters Commission and in 2006 I resigned the youth ministry to more excellently fulfill the call to raise up leaders.
My heartbeat is to train Godly leaders that will stand, walk, and lead with integrity in these days that we face. My purpose it to train them in ministry, however, my focus is to develop a fear of the Lord in their personal walk. I believe that if God gets the minister right then the ministry will come. God has given me and my team the desire to grow the ministry school of EMC and to raise-up as many young people to do His work that He will allow.
